The discussion for this week is focused on being the leader and change agent for your DNP Project. Please discuss your leadership skills with both intra-professional and inter-professional teams to support changes in nursing, healthcare, at your place of employment. How have you used those skills as the leader and change agent for your DNP Project? What leadership skills do you need to develop? Share your plan for professional identity formation/role development to attain these skills.
